This policy is only for online purposes.

In-stock products shipped within 3–5 business days after order placement and payment completion.
Notification will be provided for out-of-stock or pre-order items, with an estimated ship date.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day

  • UPS Ground: 2–7 Business Days

  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 Business Days

  • USPS Priority Shipping: 2–4 Business Days

  • USPS Express Shipping: 1–3 Business Days

  • In-store dresses (in stock): Shipping takes 1–3 business days

  • Special Order (in stock): Processing 1–2 days, Shipping 3–5 days

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Shipment times are not guaranteed. Please choose express shipping for faster delivery.

Free Shipping
Orders over $245 (continental US only) ship free via standard ground shipping.

Important Notes:

  • Express shipping only speeds up delivery if the item is in stock.

  • Orders are shipped using the exact address entered at checkout — no changes can be made once the package is in transit.

  • If your order confirmation contains incorrect information, email us immediately to make corrections before shipping.

  • You are not charged for out-of-stock items.

  • Your card is authorized at checkout but is only charged once the item is ready for shipment.

  • If an order is canceled before the charge is completed, the payment will appear as "Pending" and will disappear in 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Product & Color Variations

  • Slight differences between samples and final items are normal and not considered defects.

  • If ordering the same dress for a group, we recommend ordering all items at the same time to ensure color consistency.

Pre-shipping Inspection
All items are inspected for fabric quality, seams, zippers, beads, rhinestones, etc., and verified for correct color, size, and quantity before shipping.
We take pride in our careful process to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

📦 Please note: For orders under $245 that received free shipping, a $25 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your store credit.
