Tools & Posture
A flexible tape measure (cloth tape is recommended) and a piece of paper for notes.
Attire: Please measure over your underwear or thin, form-fitting clothing only.

Key Body Measurement Methods (The Big Three)
Bust Circumference:
Measure around your back, under your arms, and across the fullest part of the bust.
Tip: Keep the tape level, and breathe normally while measuring.

Waist Circumference:
Wrap the tape around the narrowest part of your waist, usually near your belly button.
Tip: Do not pull too tight — the tape should rest comfortably.

Hip Circumference:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Tip: Use a mirror to ensure the tape is level all the way around.

Important Notes:
A tolerance of approximately ±1–2 cm (±0.5–0.75 in) is normal due to slight variations in technique.
